Return/Exchange Policy:

If you have questions about your order, please e-mail DJHarris@chicagowolves.com. In the event you need sizing assistance or wish to speak with us, call 1-847-724-4625 during normal business hours and speak with a Sales Representive. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. Include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name, address, phone number and reason for return.

We will exchange the item(s) or refund you for the original purchase price, not including the shipping charge. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be exchanged or credited. Shipping costs will be refunded if the item is defective. If you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the new product or size you wish to receive.

Please note that personalized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

Full refunds will be for the sales price and sales tax only. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item in question is defective. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit card you used for the purchase to be credited.
