1. When will my order ship?
All in-stock merchandise will ship within 3 days of receipt of order

2. What shipping carrier do the Wolves use?
All orders with ground shipping to the continental US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Overnight orders shipped to the continental US are shipped via FedEx Overnight. Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard International. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

3. When can I expect my order?
Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. For quicker service, please call 847-724-4625.

4. Does the USPS or FedEx require a signature?
It is up to the delivery driver to determine whether or not they feel confident leaving a package when there is no one available to sign for it. To be sure that your package is left when no one is home, we suggest placing a note to the USPS or FedEx with your signature authorizing the carrier to leave your package with no signature required.

5. Is your site secure to provide my credit card information?
Yes!

6. Who has access to my information?
Only the Chicago Wolves. We never sell or give your personal information to anyone.

7. What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards for internet orders. We also accept personal checks for mail orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for orders payed by check. 

8. Can I use my debit card?
You can use any Visa or Master Card debit card. Please note that a pre-authorization does occur once you place your order. This pre-authorization verifies and holds your order value. Funds in the exact amount of your merchandise and shipping costs will be transferred once your order ships.

9. What is my order status? Was my order shipped?
Please e-mail DJHarris@chicagowolves.com for order status and tracking info. Most orders are delivered in 3-5 days of receipt of order.

10. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders once they are placed. If you wish to switch sizes, please e-mail DJHarris@chicagowolves.com with your request. Size changes will be allowed as long as the order has not yet shipped.

11. What if the merchandise I received is damaged, short or incorrect?
All discrepancies for shortages, damaged goods or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before using or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise. Returns cannot be made after a garment is washed. See Return/Exchange policy if items need to be sent back.

12. How are shipping charges assessed for my order?
FedEx Ground charges for continental US shipments incur a $6 charge.
FedEx Overnight charges for continental US shipments incur a $18 charge.
UPS Standard International charges for Canadian shipments incur a $15 charge.

13. Can I order by phone, fax or mail?
Yes! To order by phone, call 847-724-4625 during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Fax orders to 847-724-1652. Mail orders to:

15. How do I purchase a lettered jersey?
Personalized jerseys can be ordered through the Wolves online store or by calling 847-724-4625. This service costs $75 and takes 4-6 weeks for completion. It includes a nameplate on the back, sleeve and back numbers and the Captain's "C" or Assistant's "A" on the front (if requested). This service is only available for Wolves home, away and 3rd jerseys. Personalized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged.

16. Are promotional codes valid on all items?
Promotional codes are not valid on sale items, mystery items, tickets, charity items, or kids club memberships. All discounts are taken before tax and shipping charges. Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

17. What do your youth sizes translate to?

Youth sizing for T-Shirts/Sweatshirts:

Youth Small= size 6-8
Youth Medium= size 10-12
Youth Large= size 14-16
Youth XL= size 18-20

Youth sizing for jerseys:

S/M = approx. size 10-12 - recommended for ages 4–7
L/XL= approx. size 16-18 - recommended for ages 8–10
